Processing Time and Shipping Time Are Separate
Processing and fulfillment time are separate from shipping and carrier transit time.
Most standard orders require approximately 3–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipment.
Most custom or personalized orders require approximately 7 business days for processing and fulfillment after all required images, files, customization details, approvals, or customer submissions have been received.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing times may vary due to product availability, customization requirements, supplier timing, order volume, holidays, operational delays, carrier acceptance delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Processing time is not included in any shipping estimate displayed on our website.
Estimated Shipping Times Are Not Guaranteed
Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, most shipments are estimated to arrive within approximately 6–10 business days.
However, shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

During periods of high demand, viral social media exposure, product launches, supplier delays, holidays, seasonal demand, fulfillment surges, or operational disruptions, orders may take longer than estimated to process, fulfill, or deliver.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that all delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

3. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, a tracking number may be sent by email after the order ships.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Carrier scans, tracking updates, transit events, and delivery confirmations may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
We are not responsible for carrier tracking delays, missing scans, tracking errors, or tracking systems that do not update in real time.
4. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
This includes:
- Full legal name
- Correct street address
- Apartment, unit, or buzzer number
- City
- Province/state
- Postal/ZIP code
- Country
- Phone number or email when needed for delivery
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
5. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, unpaid customs fees, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Refunds are not guaranteed for returned packages caused by customer error, refusal, or failure to accept delivery.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that an order was delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or damage after delivery.
Customers should check with household members, neighbours, building staff, mailrooms, front desks, local post offices, and the shipping carrier before contacting us.
We may assist with carrier claims where possible, but we do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked delivered.
7. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or extra costs caused by customs authorities or import rules in your country.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to locations where shipping is unavailable, restricted, unsafe, unlawful, or commercially unreasonable.
If we cannot ship to your location after an order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where required.
